Alpine Federal
Located in Alpine, New Jersey, this residence draws on the American Federal style, defined by symmetry, refined proportions, and restrained classical detailing. The design emphasizes a balanced façade and carefully articulated elements that reflect the enduring character of early American architecture.
Serving as architect, construction manager, and owner’s representative, I guided the project from concept through completion, ensuring precise execution at every stage. Close coordination with builders and artisans maintained the integrity of Federal-style detailing while meeting modern construction standards.
The home features a symmetrical layout, a refined entry sequence, and well-proportioned windows that enhance both exterior composition and interior light. Subtle ornamentation and high-quality materials reinforce a sense of timelessness and discipline.
This project presents a focused interpretation of Federal architecture, combining traditional principles with contemporary precision to create a residence suited to modern living.
