There will never be great Architects or great Architecture without great Patrons.

What David Lawrence Brown, AIA Architects does:

  • We do Architecture and Design of all sizes and styles from Custom Homes and Apartments to ADU’s and Landscapes.

  • We Build. We can build what we design(Design/Build) or what others design.

  • We Design Interiors, from simple design consultations to taking down a wall or ceiling.

  • Project Feasibility. With our knowledge of zoning, codes and structure we can assess your projects potential.

  • Permit Expediting. We can aid you in the process or take the task from start to finish (Ready to Issue).

  • Consultations. If you need a master plan for the future or an assessment of what’s happening today, we can assist.

  • Owner Representation. We act as your agent to protect your interests.

Even though I build buildings and I pursue my Architecture, I pursue it as an Artist. I deliberately keep a tiny Studio. I don’t want to be an Architectural Firm. I want to remain an Artist.
