Quogue Modern is a contemporary residence in Quogue, New York, designed to reflect the relaxed sophistication of coastal living. Clean lines, expansive glass walls, and a strong indoor-outdoor connection maximize natural light and frame views of the surrounding landscape. The architecture balances modern design with the understated elegance of the Hamptons, creating a home that feels both refined and welcoming.
Serving as architect, construction manager, and owner’s representative, I led the project from concept through completion. Close coordination with engineers, consultants, and skilled trades ensured precise execution at every stage while maintaining the integrity of the design.
Natural materials such as wood, stone, and glass define the home’s character, while open-plan living spaces enhance flow and functionality. Outdoor terraces, landscaped gardens, and integrated living areas extend the home into its coastal setting, creating a seamless transition between interior and exterior environments.
